Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain management dashboards and MIS reports for founders and leadership
• Track key business and financial metrics, including revenue, collections, expenses, cash flow, burn rate, and profitability.
• Conduct budget vs. actual analysis and identify key business drivers.
• Work closely with founders on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic projects.
• Support decision-making through financial analysis and business performance reporting.
• Oversee bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
• Manage banking relationships and treasury operations.
• Support cash forecasting and liquidity planning.

Requirements:

• Qualified CA (first attempt) with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong foundation in accounting, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and audits.
• Experience preparing management reports and founder-level MIS.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
• Experience in startups, fintech, NBFCs, or high-growth environments is preferred.
• High ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
