REQUIREMENTS
Previous automotive management experience is REQUIRED for this position. Qualified candidates will have managed teams of sales representatives, demonstrate hands-on sales floor work, and show through their work history an ability to generate sales with high customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job.
- Obtain and present finance options for clients.
- Offer and explain protection products to customers.
- Maintain relationships with lenders, including clean funding pipeline.

Requirements

- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
