Finance Manager (Hybrid)

Position : Finance Manager (Hybrid)

Company Background : Heavy Equipment Rental Provider

Work Location : Puncak Alam, Selangor

Working Hour : 8:30AM - 5:30AM (Mon Fri)

Working Arrangement : Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days remote

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a finance team to ensure accurate and timely accounting and financial reporting.
Oversee full finance operations for the subsidiaries, including GL, AP/AR, monthly closing, consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting.
Prepare and review financial reports, management accounts, and financial analysis for management.
Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, and government authorities.
Ensure statutory and financial reporting compliance
Improve finance processes, and system efficiency within the group.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Accounting/Finance; professional qualification is an advantage.
Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in accounting/ finance
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work under a hybrid arrangement (3 office days, 2 remote days)
