Finance Manager (Operations)

Reporting To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Managing Director

Job Purpose

Oversee and manage end-to-end financial operations, including treasury, cash management, payment processing, financial reporting, and ERP data control. The role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, strengthening internal controls, ensuring financial data accuracy, and maintaining healthy cash flow to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement accounting and treasury policies, procedures, and operational standards to ensure effective financial management and strong internal controls.
• Oversee end-to-end finance operations, including financial reporting, analysis, and monthly closing activities.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of accounting records, financial reports, financial analysis, and month-end closing to support management decision-making.
• Manage treasury activities, including cash flow monitoring, liquidity management, and payment processes.
• Oversee complex financial transactions across multiple revenue channels, including online operations and approximately 200 branches.
• Monitor key operational KPIs, including physician payments, vendor payments, inventory counts, asset capitalization, and financial closing timelines.
• Coordinate with shared accounting service providers, external auditors, and internal auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards, government requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Strengthen internal controls and enhance accounting and treasury processes through Oracle ERP systems and technology improvements.
• Serve as a key finance contact and advisor to affiliated companies.
• Lead, manage, and develop the Finance, Budget, and Wealth team to improve team performance and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all credit facility covenants.
• Provide financial insights and advisory support to group companies while reporting directly to the CFO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in financial operations, treasury operations, or related operational finance functions. Experience in multi-branch, retail, or fast-paced business environments is an advantage.
• At least 2–5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ERP systems and payment systems.
• Solid knowledge of internal controls, cash management, and financial risk controls.
• Strong problem-solving and process-oriented mindset, with excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English is preferred.
