Finance Manager (Location: Taipei)

【Job Summary】
We are looking for a Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting, compliance, and process optimization across our Southeast Asia entities, while serving as the deputy to the SEA Finance Manager.

【Key Responsibilities】
1. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Oversee SEA monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reports with local finance teams, perform abnormal analysis, and assist in group consolidation.

2. Tax & Compliance: Partner with Corporate Finance on optimized tax planning, ensuring full compliance with national/regional tax and customs regulations.

3. Internal Control & Process Improvement: Review and rebuild financial/operational workflows to meet internal control policies and statutory requirements.

4. Digital Transformation: Lead SAP rollout and finance digitalization initiatives across SEA entities.

5. Liaison & Leadership: Act as the Deputy SEA Finance Manager, serving as the main POC for internal/external stakeholders and leading ad-hoc projects.
