Finance Manager (M&A, FX, Real estate)

Our client is in Real Estate Industry. They are looking for a Finance Manager to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in Central – easily accessible.

Duties

• Oversee group-level treasury operations, including cash flow management, liquidity planning, working capital optimisation, and financial forecasting across real estate portfolios.
• Develop and implement foreign exchange and interest rate hedging strategies to mitigate financial risks, optimise borrowing costs, and strengthen the Group’s capital structure.
• Manage debt financing activities, including funding strategies, negotiations with financial institutions, and capital structure optimisation to achieve cost-efficient financing.
• Lead M&A activities, including investment evaluation, financial due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, and execution of acquisitions and divestments.
• Conduct company and asset valuations using financial modelling techniques such as DCF, IRR, NPV, and comparable analysis to support strategic investment decisions.
• Ensure compliance with the Singapore Code on Take-overs and Mergers, SGX listing requirements, and relevant regulatory obligations, while overseeing direct and indirect tax planning and optimisation.

Requirements

• Min Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CA, ACCA or CA will be preferred.
• With at least 7 – 10 years in real estate industry experience in terms of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), financial risk, liquidity & cash management, FX & interest rate hedging
