Fed Finance, a recruitment consultancy specialised in accounting and corporate finance, is currently recruiting a Finance Manager (M/F) to join a fast-growing international company, with the possibility of working remotely from Portugal.
We offer:
- Annual gross salary between €35,000 and €40,000;
- Potential variable compensation, subject to conditions to be agreed;

- Predominantly remote working, with flexible working hours;
- Autonomy in managing the finance function and direct contact with senior management.
Your role:
- Manage the accounting and finance cycle, including journal entries, payments, and accounts payable and receivable;
- Perform bank and account reconciliations and monitor financial transactions;
- Prepare monthly closings, profit and loss statements (P&L), balance sheets, and consolidated financial information;
- Monitor invoicing and collections, ensuring the effective management of outstanding balances;
- Analyse costs, margins, and profitability, identifying discrepancies and opportunities for improvement;
- Support budgeting, financial forecasting, and performance analysis;
- Monitor cash flow and treasury requirements;
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial information and prepare documentation for external accounting providers;
- Contribute to the optimisation and automation of financial processes.
Your profile:
- Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, or a relevant field;
- At least 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles;
- Solid experience in month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation;
- Strong financial analysis skills, including cost and margin control;
- Good knowledge of Excel and experience with accounting systems;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
- Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, organisational skills, and attention to detail;
- Proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented approach;
- Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, retail, or franchising sectors is a plus.
