Finance Manager (Maternity Leave Cover)

Please note that this is a temporary 9-month position to cover maternity leave.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall monthly closing and consolidation processes, including balance sheet analysis.
• Lead the preparation of annual standalone and consolidated financial statements, tax returns, and other statutory filings.
• Oversee the accounting and closing processes of subsidiaries to ensure consistent procedures and compliance with Group accounting policies.
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Review and approve payments.
• Manage the ongoing maintenance and daily financial operations within the ERP system.
• Manage and mentor accounting and payroll team members.
• Partner with FP&A and operational teams to support financial analysis and business needs.
• Review and approve payroll.
• Report directly to the CFO.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Financial Controller after an internship.
• Experience working in a global company.
• Strong understanding of consolidated financial reporting and accounting principles.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite - a must.
• Experience managing accounting and payroll teams.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
