Finance Manager

We are currently assisting our client, a growing property-related group, to look for an Accounting Manager / Finance Manager to lead the accounting function and support the Group’s financial management.

This role is mainly focused on accounting, management reporting and financial operations, with exposure to broader finance and corporate matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the accounts team in managing the full spectrum of accounting functions for the Group and its subsidiaries.
  
• Review and oversee monthly management accounts, financial reports and group reporting.
  
• Prepare management reports, including project costing, project accounts and cash flow projections.
  
• Monitor and maintain project accounts, ensuring proper tracking of project costs and financial performance.
  
• Oversee tax compliance and coordinate with external tax agents on tax-related matters.
  
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary and other relevant parties.
  
• Work closely with bankers on banking facilities and other financing-related matters.
  
• Support the management in various financial and corporate matters when required.
  
• Assist in reviewing financial aspects of contracts and liaise with lawyers or other professional advisers when necessary.
  
• Support the Group on corporate finance, corporate structure and other ad-hoc projects.
  
• Prepare financial information and reports for management, Directors and other stakeholders when required.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, or relevant professional qualification.
  
• Experience in Property Development, Construction, Real Estate or related industries.
  
• Strong accounting and financial reporting experience, with the ability to manage and review the full set of accounts.
  
• Experience in managing or supervising an accounting team.
  
• Good knowledge of management reporting, cash flow and financial analysis.
  
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred / required due to business needs.
  
• Open to auditors with relevant experience in Property Development, Construction, Real Estate or related industries.​
