Finance Manager Netherlands

We are looking for a Senior Accountant (m/f/d) in our Local Finance team at our location in Amsterdam.

What you can look frward to as Finance Manager Netherlands:

• Manage operational accounting and controlling activities for Dutch entities
• Ensure accurate and timely IFRS reporting in accordance with Group and divisional requirements
• Coordinate statutory reporting (NL GAAP), tax compliance activities, and external audits
• Act as the Accounting Country Champion for the Netherlands, providing accounting guidance and expertise across divisions
• Lead finance projects, including legal entity restructurings, mergers, and other corporate transactions.
• Manage planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes, including performance and variance analysis
• Maintain a robust internal control environment and oversee finance activities related to dividend distributions and other shareholder transactions
• Provide financial analysis and insights to management, including investment appraisal and support for strategic and operational decision-making
  

Your profile as Finance Manager Netherlands:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance with a strong business orientation
• Strong Accounting (IFRS/local GAAP), tax and controlling knowledge
• Several years of work experience in Accounting, Tax and/or Controlling
• Fluent English language skills, oral and written, Dutch and German would be a plus
• Strong analytic and communication skills and an independent way of work in a quickly changing environment
