Finance Manager
You will support accounting and financial-reporting operations for regional subsidiaries. You will manage month-end activities, prepare financial reports, strengthen internal controls, automate reporting and analytics processes, align financial goals with business objectives, and manage accounting, tax, and regulatory compliance reporting.
Responsibilities
- Support accounting and financial-reporting operations for regional subsidiaries
- Support month-end closing, revenue recognition, cost allocation, and intercompany transactions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Develop internal-control frameworks
- Develop automated financial-reporting and analytics processes
- Partner with cross-functional teams on financial goals
- Manage accounting, tax, and regulatory compliance reporting
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of relevant experience in financial services, fintech, or crypto
- Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations
- Financial accounting and reporting capability
- Experience leading complex cross-functional projects
- Ability to communicate outcomes to senior management
