- Lead the comprehensive financial and tax management for our Poland factory, overseeing accounting, taxation, and financial planning.
- Drive financial performance and ensure the integrity of financial operations as a strategic business partner.
- Develop and enhance financial and tax management systems tailored to the plant's operational needs.
- Manage annual budgeting, track performance, and provide actionable insights through detailed variance analysis.
- Establish and optimize cost control systems, identifying savings opportunities and supporting implementation of improvements.
- Champion the implementation and optimization of ERP systems like SAP for financial and cost modules, ensuring local statutory compliance.
- Build, train, and mentor a strong local finance team, fostering continuous learning in financial and business knowledge.
- Oversee major operational initiatives and key projects for the subsidiary, ensuring successful execution and coordination.
- All right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, in order to fit into this role and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA) being highly preferred.
- Possess a minimum of 8 years of finance experience in large-scale manufacturing, including at least 3 years in a senior overseas financial management role.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of EU/International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), local tax policies, and labor laws.
- Have experience in greenfield project setup or building a finance function from inception.
- Exhibit excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills, coupled with strong learning agility and adaptability.
- Be fluent in both English and Chinese (C2 level) as working languages.
- Have hands-on experience with SAP and be willing to relocate and work long-term in the Wroclaw area of Poland.
