Finance Manager (Property Industry)
A reputable Singapore-listed property group is seeking a Finance Manager to join its finance team in Singapore.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the incumbent will be working in a team of 8 staff. The successful candidate will oversee group consolidation, financial reporting and statutory matters across the Group, ensuring compliance with SFRS, SGX and regulatory requirements. The role will also provide technical guidance to the finance team and collaborate with auditors, tax agents and internal stakeholders on tax, transfer pricing, reporting and Board-related matters.
This position offers broad exposure across the Group, with opportunities to work alongside experienced professionals and senior stakeholders in a collaborative and well-established environment. The role provides a good platform for a Finance professional to further develop their expertise while gaining valuable exposure to the wider business.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or an equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting work experience in an SGX-listed firm
- Working experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently under tight timelines with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders
- Prior exposure to Oracle NetSuite is an added advantage
