Finance Manager Qualified CA CMA
You will manage day-to-day financial operations including accounting, reconciliations, settlements, reporting, treasury, and cash flow. You will coordinate compliance, tax, audit, banking, and payment activities, build scalable controls, support budgeting and forecasting, provide financial insights, improve processes, and mentor junior finance professionals.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounting reconciliations settlements and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports
- Ensure statutory tax audit and regulatory compliance
- Monitor cash flow treasury operations and working capital
- Work with banks payment service providers and financial institutions
- Support regulatory and compliance requirements across global entities
- Establish scalable financial processes and operational controls
- Coordinate audits statutory filings and tax activities
- Support budgeting forecasting financial planning and performance analysis
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to leadership
- Identify process improvement automation and efficiency opportunities
- Mentor and guide junior finance professionals
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in finance accounting treasury or financial operations
- Experience in fintech payments banking remittance Web3 or technology-driven organizations
- Strong understanding of payment flows settlements treasury operations and financial controls
- Experience with financial reporting taxation statutory compliance and audits
- Hands-on budgeting forecasting and financial planning experience
- Strong analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with accounting software ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Qualified Chartered Accountant or Cost and Management Accountant
- Familiarity with international accounting standards and multi-entity financial operations
- Experience with global banking partners payment providers and treasury operations
