About the Role
Qualis Business Support Services' client, a snack manufacturing company, is seeking a Finance Manager to drive the company's finance structure, ensure revenue assurance, and enforce internal control systems and budgeting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records (accounts payable, receivable, general ledger)
- Prepare financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements)
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring performance against projections
- Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payments, invoicing, and reconciliations
- Prepare financial reports for management and stakeholders
- Ensure tax compliance and prepare tax returns
- Implement and maintain internal controls
- Provide support during audits
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting; partly qualified professional certification
- Previous experience in food processing/manufacturing sector
- Must reside within Ajah, Ibeju Lekki, or environs
