Requirements:
√ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
√ Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent.
√ Minimum of 5–8 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a FinTech, payments, digital banking, or financial services environment.
√ Prior experience in a startup or high-growth company is highly preferred.
√ Strong knowledge of financial reporting, treasury management, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
√ Experience with financial modeling, fundraising support, and investor reporting is an advantage.
√ Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
√ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/financial management systems.
