You will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy for programs that directly impact Amazon's third-party seller ecosystem, from recruiting new sellers to scaling the success of established ones.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, can translate complex financial data into actionable narratives, and is passionate about influencing business outcomes through financial partnership.

Key job responsibilities
- Own end-to-end P&L management for SAS and NSR, including forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting,
- Serve as the primary finance partner to SAS and NSR business leaders (Directors), providing strategic guidance on P&L management, investment decisions, headcount planning, and resource allocation,

- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business proposals, program ROI, and scenario analyses,
- Identify and communicate risks and opportunities through deep-dive analysis, and recommend actionable mitigation strategies,
- Partner cross-functionally with New Seller Recruitment Team, Strategic Account Services Team , Business Intelligence teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment on planning assumptions,
- Support goal-setting frameworks and reporting processes,
- Develop and automate reporting mechanisms to improve efficiency and scalability of financial processes,
- Champion AI-driven innovation by designing and deploying AI agents and knowledge bases for SAS and NSR that scale business operations and automate workflows,
- Influence business strategy by providing data-driven insights on seller economics, fee structures, and program effectiveness.

A day in the life
Your morning might start with reviewing the latest seller performance and identifying trends in SAS seller attribution or NSR recruitment metrics. By mid-morning, you're in a working session with the NSR program lead, aligning on goal-setting assumptions and refining the financial model for an upcoming business review.

After lunch, you join a cross-functional meeting with the SAS program team to walk through variance drivers from the latest MFR, explaining how seller enrollments, headcount changes, or program investments are impacting the P&L. You provide clear, concise narratives that help leadership understand the "so what" behind the numbers.

Later in the afternoon, you're building a scenario analysis for a new seller incentive proposal, stress-testing assumptions and quantifying the expected ROI. Before wrapping up, you connect with your finance peers to align on planning inputs for the upcoming OP2 cycle.

No two days are exactly alike, but every day involves a blend of analytical deep-dives, strategic partnership, and storytelling through data.
