If you're an accounting professional ready to take ownership, work independently, and contribute to strategic financial decisions, we want to hear from you. What will you do? Contribute to management reporting and provide accounting insight on material transactions and reporting matters. Tax, Statutory & Audit Compliance Coordinate local tax accounting and tax reporting requirements, supporting accurate and timely filings and maintaining appropriate documentation. Ensure compliance with applicable local accounting and tax regulations, internal policies and relevant reporting standards. Coordinate audit preparation, respond to information requests and support statutory audit activities through complete reconciliations and evidence. Maintain strong compliance discipline and address identified gaps through clear corrective actions. Internal Control & Process Improvement Apply and strengthen internal controls across accounting processes, including reconciliations, approvals, segregation of duties and financial documentation. Identify opportunities to standardise, simplify and improve accounting processes while protecting accuracy and compliance. Support change initiatives affecting finance processes and systems, ensuring controls remain effective through implementation. Promote a culture of continuous learning, disciplined execution and consistent application of accounting standards. Collaboration & Professional Leadership Partner effectively with Finance colleagues, business stakeholders, auditors, tax advisers and other relevant partners.
