## Job Summary
The **Finance Operations Manager** will be responsible for managing end-to-end finance operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and data management across multiple stakeholders. This role is integral to maintaining financial health and operational efficiency within the organization.
## Responsibilities
- **Invoice Processing & Accounting**
- Process invoices and manage payments on a periodic basis.
- Record company account transactions and maintain proper documentation.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders.
- **Onboarding and Managing Lenders**
- Respond to due diligence data requests from incoming lenders.
- Prepare and share monthly information covenants and requests for lenders.
- **Banking & Cash Flow Management**
- Monitor monthly bank statements and cash flows.
- Track and manage debt EMI repayments.
- Handle term loan drawdowns and repayment schedules.
- **Loan Portfolio & Customer Management**
- Manage customer Statements of Account (SOAs) and foreclosure statements.
- Handle loan balance confirmations and outstanding tracking.
- Prepare and maintain loan outstanding data and repayment workings.
- **Collections, Settlements & Recoveries**
- Track settlement cases and repossessions, recoveries, and write-offs while maintaining related Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Prepare collection MIS including Portfolio At Risk (PAR) data, static pool, and monthly debt lists.
- **MIS & Reporting**
- Prepare internal and investor MIS on a monthly basis, including portfolio cuts and performance reports.
- **Reconciliations & Financial Analysis**
- Perform monthly reconciliations (e.g., Niyogin reconciliation, Plant Insurance) ensuring accuracy in financial data and reporting.
- **Compliance & Covenant Reporting**
- Prepare quarterly covenant data for lenders.
- Manage book debts hypothecation data and certifications.
- Coordinate with investors and lenders for data sharing and audits.
- Manage loan tapes, covenant compliance, and reporting for External Commercial Borrowing (ECB).
## Qualifications
- **Education:**
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is strongly preferred.
- **Key Skills:**
- Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and lending operations.
- Experience in MIS reporting and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data management.
- Knowledge of loan lifecycle, repayments, and collections.
- Excellent ability to handle multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines.
