# Finance Manager ## Company Overview FES Café & Desserts is a growing café and dessert brand focused on delivering premium food experiences through its retail outlets. ## Job Summary The Finance Manager will oversee the company's finance and accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting and statutory compliance. This role contributes to maintaining the financial health of the organization and supports strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis and reporting. ## Responsibilities - Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts. - Lead the accounts team and coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks. - Ensure statutory compliance and timely financial reporting. - Review vendor invoices and ensure payments are processed as per agreed terms. - Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports and management reports. - Support budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning. - Assist in investor reporting and management discussions. - Ensure timely month-end and year-end book closures. ## Qualifications - **Educational Qualifications**: B.Com/M.Com in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance; CA preferred. - 4–8 years of experience in Finance & Accounts. - Experience in the Food & Beverage (Café/Restaurant/QSR) sector or a CA firm preferred. - Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. - Proficient in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software. - Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. ## Preferred Skills - Familiarity with financial modeling and forecasting. - Previous experience in a managerial role within finance. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ## Experience Minimum 4–8 years of experience in a finance-related role. ## Environment The position is based in Gurgaon (Sector 28), working within a retail café and restaurant environment. ## Salary Salary information is not specified. ## Growth Opportunities Potential career advancement opportunities within the finance department as the company continues to expand. ## Benefits Information regarding benefits is not specified.
