Backed by reputed global investors and entrepreneurs, Hopscotch continues to scale rapidly within India’s retail and e-commerce ecosystem. ## Job Summary We are looking for a finance professional with a strong exposure to accounting, compliance, audit coordination, and financial reporting. This role offers excellent exposure to a fast-paced retail and e-commerce environment with strong ownership and cross-functional stakeholder interaction. ## Responsibilities - Manage finance accounting and compliance activities. - Preparation and finalization of financial statements. - Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits. - Support regular assessments and finance-related documentation. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements. ## Qualifications - **Educational Qualifications**: CA or CA Semi-Qualified. - **Experience**: 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Retail, Fashion, E-commerce, or Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) industry. - Strong understanding of accounting, compliance, audit, and financial reporting processes. - Exposure to consumer-facing or high-growth business environments is an added advantage. ## Preferred Skills - Strong execution and ownership mindset. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities. - Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. ## Experience - 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance-related roles. ## Environment - Working Model: 5 Days Working | Work From Office, located in Prabhadevi, Mumbai. ## Growth Opportunities - Opportunity to work with one of India’s leading D2C fashion brands. - High ownership role with strong learning exposure. - Dynamic and fast-growing work environment with exposure to retail, e-commerce, and consumer business finance operations. ## Application Details Interested candidates can share their updated CVs at: 📩 adya@jigsawinc.in **Subject Line**: Application for Finance Role – Mumbai
