Finance Manager

As Finance Manager, you will lead the full spectrum of finance operations—from reporting and controls to business partnering—ensuring strong governance while enabling commercial success.

1. Lead, motivate and develop a team of skilled and committed finance staff.
2. Own end-to-end accounting and financial reporting in compliance with local regulations and US GAAP, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timeliness
3. Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and performance tracking, including working capital optimization
4. Deliver insightful monthly analysis to support decision-making at country level
5. Drive cash flow planning and treasury engagement
6. Implement and maintain internal controls, audit programs, and risk mitigation measures, in line with SOX requirements and corporate policies
7. Safeguard company assets - maintain accurate fixed assets records and insurance coverage. Ensure compliance with company capital authorization process and monitoring procedures
8. Proactively identify and mitigate financial and operational risks
9. Lead tax planning and statutory compliance with local tax bureau
10. Manage external audits and ensure smooth, timely completion
11. Closely engage with other local regulatory bodies (e.g. labour or environment bureau) on licensing and other compliance matters.
12. Act as a trusted advisor to the Business Unit providing financial insights and challenge the status quo to drive profitability improvement.
13. Drive finance system implementation and/or process improvements as needed. 14. Champion digital tools (e.g. Power BI) to enhance reporting and efficiency.
