Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the company's overall financial planning and budgeting.
• Monitor company cash flow, bank balances and financial commitments.
• Review financial performance and provide recommendations to Management.
• Monitor project costs, expenses and profitability.
• Develop cost-control measures to improve company profitability.
• Oversee financial planning for business operations and future projects.
• Monitor loans, hire purchase facilities and banking arrangements.
• Coordinate with the Accountant to ensure timely financial reporting.
• Advise Management on financial matters and business decisions.
• Perform other finance-related duties assigned by Management.
  

Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial management.

• Experience in ACMV, M&E or construction industry will be an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting and cash flow management.

• Good analytical, leadership and decision-making skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial management systems.

• Able to work independently and communicate effectively with Management and other departments.
