Position Scope:

The Finance Manager leads the dealership’s finance and deal-structuring function, guiding a team responsible for creating compliant, profitable, and customer-focused financial solutions. It oversees the full lifecycle of sales financing—including structuring deals, preparing and submitting applications, managing documentation, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and lender requirements. The position acts as a senior financial advisor to both customers and the sales team, strengthening relationships with Cat Financial and other lending partners to secure competitive terms and timely funding. Through performance tracking and process optimization, this role ensures operational excellence, risk mitigation, and improved sales outcomes across the dealership.
