Strategic thinking and business partnership
(1)Provides the General Manager with dashboards, analyses and recommendations allowing him to evaluate the performances of the company and to take appropriate decisions on how to guide the activity.
(2)Proposes new performance measurement tools, processes and indicators in order to improve the value creation by the affiliate’s operations.
(3)Proposes to the General Manager and to the Area Financial Controller evolution to the major processes related to reporting, control, budgeting and planning, performance monitoring and analysis, tax compliance and fiscal optimization as well as legal compliance and administrative processes by keeping a strong commercial acumen
(4)Drives the promotion of a financial culture among non financial managers in the affiliate by communicating proactively on the role of finance, training operational managers on key financial concepts and infusing a financial approach in the decision making processes.

Financial Control Missions
(1)Focus on the analysis of the Industrial activity based on the discussions with the industrial site manager and identify areas that could be improved
(2)Implements the Group financial control tools, including an ERP and reporting procedures; consolidate, analyse and comment the analytical results of the affiliate for reporting to top management, .
(3)Prepares and follow-up yearly budgets and the quarterly estimation and the monthly management report and the 3 years' strategic plans, analyse variations and propose action plans to achieve targets.
(4)Manages the financial resources, the assets of the company in such a way as to facilitate an efficient operational activity and smooth development and the achievement of the targets.
(5)Implements internal control procedures for the affiliate.
(6)Check the reporting for consolidation purpose of the general ledger under IFRS,
(7)Manages the Cash Flow to ensure the source finances the investment projects, the CAPEX, and regular operational activity

Compliance related Missions
(1)Ensure compliance of operations with local tax, accounting and legal regulations as well as with group reporting rules and best practices.
(2)Coordinates on fiscal issues, responsible to local Tax Audit on company accounts & financial statement & tax obligation as well as Tax health check of Group.
(3)Conduct, when necessary, internal controls and audits.
(4)Promote the implementation of standard operating procedures and processes to guarantee control over the company’s assets and employee’s safety and welfare.
(5)Implement the Group Corporate Governance and best practices in the affiliate

Cost control Missions
(1)Set up Industrial Standard Cost (ISC) model in compliance to the Group Method
(2)Calculate and give comment on the Monthly Industrial Management report which analyses and do the expense control on the Factory Performance through the Manufacturing Variation that reflects in produced volume, in Bill of Material, in Direct labor cost and in Indirect cost.
(3)To coordinate with Purchase department local and headquarter to revise and have comment on evolution of material price for production and for Non Inventory Product (NIP)
