Finance Manager
The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial meetings
- Complete financial accounting and forecasting
- Deliver reports and metrics to leadership
- Compiling financial data, creating reports and analyzing the financial health of the company
- Overseeing the finance department, including personnel matters for department managers
- Managing Company Budgets and establishing budget guidelines for all departments
- Forecasting company finances and creating financial models
- Identifying ways for the organization to cut costs and increase profits
- Assessing financial risks
- Enforcing policies that keep the company in compliance with financial regulations
- Mediating between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders and investors on financial issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field 7-10 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Detail-oriented and analytical
