Finance Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager with proven expertise in the real estate industry.
What will you do?
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
- Oversee financial department employees, including financial assistants and accountants
- Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary
What are we looking for?
- Must hold relevant bachelors degree plus CA qualification or equivalent
- Min 3+ years of experience in a finance role within the real estate sector
- Superior mathematical skills; leadership skills and experience
- Understanding of data privacy standards; solid communication skills, both written and verbal
