Finance Manager

Salary: $1,000 to $1,300

Job Responsibilities:

• Management Reporting — Prepare monthly Sales Reports (all principals), Stock & Gross Profit Reports (generic products), and Cost Head/Associate-wise Sales & Marketing Analysis.
• Sales Invoice & Agreement Control — Review and verify daily sales invoices; review and acknowledge sales agreements, ensuring credit terms are correctly applied.
• Pricing, Scheme & Rebate Verification — Review and verify customer rebates, product schemes, and product selling prices on a quarterly or as-required basis, and process rebate releases.
• Accounts Receivable & Credit Management — Prepare weekly credit reports, and monitor customer credit exposure and overdue balances.
• Incentive Payment Management — Compute, validate, and process monthly staff and customer incentive payments in line with approved policies.
• Principal Reimbursement Claims — Prepare and submit principal reimbursement claims on quarterly and monthly cycles.
• Expense & Payment Processing — Review operating expenses, process payments, and maintain/update the pending payment requisition list monthly.
• Letter of Credit (LC) Management — Process and monitor LC transactions, update LC payment status, and provide regular feedback to principals.
• Accounting, Reconciliation & Audit — Perform monthly bank reconciliations and journal entries, assist bookkeeping for financial statements, and support annual FS audits including clearance of pending supporting documents.
• Payroll, Tax & Staff Records — Review and upload monthly payroll, prepare monthly tax declarations and annual Tax on Income (TOI) filings, and maintain staff information and medical allowance trackers.
