About the role and what you'll do
The Finance Manager plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong financial controls, regulatory compliance, and effective financial management. Working closely with the CFO, Finance team, and wider organisation, you will provide financial insight, support business decisions, and contribute to continuous improvement.

· Prepare and analyse financial statements, management reports, reconciliations, and cash flow reports
· Oversee general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and the accuracy of financial records
· Analyse financial performance, investigate variances, and provide insights and recommendations to management
· Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, including identifying opportunities for cost control
· Coordinate and support internal and external audits and ensure timely and accurate documentation
· Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal policies
· Prepare and support tax filings, working with external advisors where required
· Provide financial analysis and guidance to support business and strategic decisions
· Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams on financial matters
· Mentor junior accounting team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of Finance processes and controls

About you

Experience and knowledge
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
· Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent is an advantage
· 10+ years' relevant professional experience, including significant experience in a senior accounting or financial management role
· Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and general ledger management
· Good understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, tax, audit, and statutory compliance
· Experience managing AP/AR, reconciliations, cash flow, and financial records
· Experience supporting audits and working with senior management and external stakeholders
· Previous experience leading or mentoring Finance or accounting team members
· Strong Excel and financial systems/ERP skills
· Excellent written and spoken English
