About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and provide strategic support in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
• Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks.
• Oversee tax planning, audits, and internal controls.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to management.
• Support business decisions and performance improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• ACA or ACCA certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in a similar finance leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
