Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of finance and accounts activities such as Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP), General ledger (GL) entries
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation
- Prepare monthly Balance Sheet & P&L & Cash Flow Statement schedule and reconciliation
- Liaise with external auditors, bankers, tax agents and relevant government authorities
- Handle all bank related matters and annual audit exercise
- Lead in month-end closing process.
- Calculating exchange gain & loss
Requirements:
- Graduate in Accountancy/ Finance with minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese
- Experience in Quick Book
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and costing
- Hands-on, detailed oriented and able to work under pressure
- Mature, positive and able to work independently with minimum supervision
