Finance Manager

Salary range: Rs 1500000 - Rs 3000000 (ie INR 15 - 30 LPA)

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Analyze financial performance and explain variances.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and profitability.
• Ensure accurate accounting, compliance, and internal controls.
• Partner with business teams to provide financial insights.
• Improve finance processes, reporting, and automation.
• Lead and develop the finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
• CA/ACCA/CMA/CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 10–15 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
• Strong Excel, financial modelling, and ERP skills.
• Experience with Power BI/financial reporting tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
