Job Summary
We are seeking a Finance Officer to support the Accounts Payable and period-end closing functions within a fast-paced F&B environment. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy working in a structured yet dynamic business setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full Accounts Payable (AP) function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Support month-end and period-end closing activities.
- Assist in preparing finance-related reports and schedules.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for all transactions.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors on accounting matters.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial procedures.
- Perform ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
- 1 year of experience in accounting or finance preferred.
- Experience in F&B or multi-outlet business accounting is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for an Executive role (up to S$3,500, including GL, reconciliations, and full set accounts).
