• BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field
• 3–4 years’ finance experience (NGO/INGO experience preferred)
• Manage cash, payments, financial transactions, and reconciliations
• Prepare financial reports, vouchers, invoices, and audit documents
• Support banking, tax compliance, and financial procedures
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Strong Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills
• English & Amharic required (regional language preferred)
