Summary of Role:

The Finance & Operations Analyst will support financial analysis, reporting, planning, and business operations across a variety of teams and projects. This entry-level role will collaborate with cross-functional partners to analyze information, improve processes, track performance, and provide insights that support sound business decisions.

Essential Responsibilities include:

  • Support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and operational analysis activities based on the needs of the assigned team.

  • Analyze financial and operational data, key performance indicators, trends, and variances; summarize findings and provide clear, actionable insights.

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support business processes, project execution, resource planning, controls, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, models, reconciliations, documentation, and other analyses while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely completion.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education Graduating with Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Managements or related field from an accredited degree program.

  • Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.

  • Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior related internship or co-op experience.

  • Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.

  • Strong interest in leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support effective decision-making.

  • Project management skills, i.e. the ability to innovate and execute solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong planning & organizational skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to organize and interpret financial or operational information.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to financial systems, ERP platforms, data visualization tools, or financial modeling is a plus.

Expected Salary Range

$50,400.00 - $88,200.00
