We are looking for a high potential candidate with strong financial acumen to drive impact at Hilti, starting as Finance Operations, Accounting, and IT Coordinator. This is no ordinary job. Our people come from all different backgrounds with a shared dedication to accuracy, operational excellence and supporting a global business with integrity.

In this role, you will ensure that all financial bookings are consistent, accurate, and finalized on time according to group guidelines, while advising and training business partners on accounting principles and new regulations such as International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). You will also optimize indirect procurement activities by aligning category strategies, applying procurement expertise, and proposing new ideas to maximize total value for the business. Your work will involve reviewing compliance, evaluating economic impact, and driving improvements that benefit the organization.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor of Accounting from a reputable University

• At least 2 years of accounting and finance operation role experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Dynamic personality with strong winning and high-performance mindset

• Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment

• Self-motivated and a quick learner

• Highly adaptable with a “can-do” attitude
