A finance trainee role focused on core operations, treasury monitoring, and automation within a corporate finance environment using Microsoft 365 and AI tools.
This traineeship provides fresh graduates with structured and practical exposure to core finance operations, treasury monitoring, and management reporting, supported by automation, within a corporate finance environment.
The trainee will support day-to-day finance activities including month-end close, reconciliations, financial and management reporting, treasury and bank loan facilities tracking, and audit documentation, while learning how automation improves the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of these processes.
Working on an accelerated timeline, the trainee will help translate finance operations needs into automation requirements, validate automation outputs against operational data, and support process standardisation.
Alongside these activities, the trainee will use Microsoft 365 tools such as Excel, Power Query, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint, together with AI-enabled tools including Microsoft Copilot and Cowork, to run and validate automation outputs.
Through this programme, the trainee will build finance-operations and treasury competencies and learn how to embed automation into day-to-day finance workflows to improve accuracy, efficiency, and control.
