Finance Operations Lead

This is a role within Finance Operations EMEA, reporting to the Head of Finance Operations EMEA. You will own O2C KPIs for a defined sub-region and product portfolio within EMEA, execute core credit, collections, and dispute work, and redesign those workflows using AI-assisted automation. You are a finance operator first, with a demonstrated aptitude for AI tools and a track record of driving adoption in finance or operations contexts. You partner with credit risk analytics, data solutions, analytics, and reporting teams who build at scale; your value is in prioritizing the right regional use cases, validating with real portfolio pain, ensuring controls and SOX readiness, and landing adoption with BPO and Sales stakeholders.
