As a Finance Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory audits and managing various tax-related processes including GST, TDS, and income tax. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize finance operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulations. - Coordinate with banks for treasury operations and cash management. - Oversee the preparation and submission of GST, TDS, and income tax returns. - Conduct statutory audits and ensure all financial practices align with legal requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis. - Provide guidance and support to junior finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
