Finance & Operations Manager

We are recruiting for an established and growing wholesale business seeking a dynamic Finance & Operations Manager to drive financial performance, optimise business systems and improve operational efficiencies.

What You'll Be Doing
Oversee financial management, reporting, budgeting, cash flow and profitability.
Lead and develop the finance team, driving accountability and performance.
Optimise ERP systems, improve workflows and introduce automation.
Strengthen financial controls, inventory management, import costings and operational processes.
Identify opportunities to improve margins, productivity and business efficiency.
Partner with executive management to drive commercial and operational improvements.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, IT or Information Systems.
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience, including proven management and team leadership.
Experience within Retail, Wholesale, Imports, Distribution or FMCG is essential.
Strong financial and commercial understanding, including inventory, costing and profitability.
Excellent ERP and business systems knowledge, ideally SAP and/or Oracle NetSuite.
A passion for technology, automation, data analytics and smarter ways of working.
Confident leadership skills with the ability to challenge, influence and drive results.
A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
