Finance Operations Specialist (5 months; Changi Airport; UP$6K)

We are looking for a capable finance professional to support the Finance team in managing day-to-day financial operations while contributing to key transformation projects. This role will be involved in fixed asset administration, finance process support, and major system implementation initiatives, including ERP and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) projects.

Fixed Asset Administration

• Manage fixed asset-related processes, including the setup and maintenance of asset records, monitoring project capitalisation, and ensuring the fixed assets database remains accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate physical asset verification exercises and maintain the necessary supporting records. Assist with asset movements, disposals, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure proper accounting treatment.
• Act as a point of contact for business units on fixed asset matters, providing guidance on capital expenditure classification and compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

Finance Transformation and Systems Projects

• Assist in finance system implementation activities, including preparing, reviewing, and validating data for migration into new ERP and EPM platforms.
• Support project teams during testing phases by preparing test cases, executing test scripts, documenting findings, and coordinating issue resolution with vendors and stakeholders.
• Contribute to cutover activities and post-implementation support to facilitate a smooth system transition and maintain data accuracy.

Finance Operations Support

• Review accounts payable submissions to ensure supporting documentation is complete, approvals are in place, and transactions comply with company policies.
• Assist with monthly financial reporting requirements by compiling data, performing account reconciliations, investigating variances, and supporting report preparation for shareholders and management.
• Provide support for month-end closing activities and other finance-related projects as required.
