Finance Operations Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Finance Operations Specialist to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, improving processes, and supporting day-to-day financial operations in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.

• Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.

• Track customer and supplier balances and follow up on outstanding items.

• Prepare reports and analyze financial data using Excel.

• Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams in English via email.

• Support month-end closing activities.

• Maintain organized documentation and ensure data accuracy.

• Assist with various finance and operational projects as needed.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas).

• Good written English with the ability to communicate professionally by email.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach.

• Previous experience in finance or accounting is an advantage, but not required.
