Finance Ops Model & Transformation Manager
Portfolio Financial Management
Manage the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting process for the Digital Transformation portfolio, ensuring projects remain within approved budgets while providing timely reporting, expenditure tracking and financial insights to support management decision-making.
Business Case & Investment Governance
Support DT programme teams in developing business cases by validating financial assumptions, cost estimates, funding requirements and expected business benefits.
Monitor approved investments throughout their lifecycle to ensure alignment between planned expenditure and realised outcomes.
Benefits Realization
Coordinate the tracking and reporting of financial and operational benefits across the transformation portfolio.
Work with project owners and business stakeholders to monitor delivery against approved business cases, highlight variances and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Procurement & Commercial Support
Partner with the Tech Procurement team to review commercial proposals, evaluate technology pricing, benchmark vendor quotations and ensure procurement decisions deliver value for money while complying with Group governance requirements.
Recharge & Cost Allocation
Lead the design and implementation of frameworks to manage intercompany recharge processes and cost allocation for shared digital platforms and enterprise technology services.
Ensure costs are allocated accurately, transparently and in accordance with Group finance policies, supporting transfer pricing documentation where required.
Collaborate closely with Finance and IT to establish and rollout these mechanisms, ensuring accurate and transparent intercompany recharge for shared platforms and services across the Group
Financial Reporting & Governance
Work with Finance to prepare portfolio financial dashboards, management reports and investment summaries on digital and technology investments for senior leadership.
Maintain accurate financial records, monitor key financial risks and ensure compliance with internal governance and approval processes.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.
Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent) is an advantage.
5–7 years' experience in finance, commercial finance, FP&A, project finance or transformation finance.
Experience supporting technology, IT or digital transformation projects is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of budgeting, business case development, financial analysis and management reporting.
Exposure to procurement, vendor commercial evaluations or shared service cost allocation is an advantage.
Able to communicate in English, Malay and Chinese
