Your focus will be on reducing manual workload by identifying what can be stopped, simplified, standardised or automated. Working across Finance, IT, Data, Security, Compliance and Global AI, you will turn operational challenges into concrete improvements. This may involve optimising existing tools and workflows, developing low-code automation or identifying Finance use cases that could benefit from more advanced AI-enabled solutions. What you will do Review Finance processes to identify recurring manual work, exceptions, rework, control requirements and dependencies between teams and tools. Challenge existing ways of working and determine which activities should be stopped, simplified, standardised or redesigned before introducing new technology. Translate improvement opportunities into practical automation and tooling solutions using workflow tools, Power Automate, ERP satellite applications and other standard or low-code solutions. Ensure that solutions are scalable, auditable and maintainable, while supporting stronger controls and reducing repetitive work. Help Finance teams turn available tools into practical working habits, reusable examples and measurable efficiency improvements. Work with Finance domain leads and ambassadors to collect relevant use cases, share successful practices and improve adoption. Identify opportunities that may require more advanced AI or agent-based solutions, and coordinate with Global AI to ensure alignment with the approved architecture, roadmap and governance. Maintain a clear view of priorities, dependencies, risks, budget needs and delivery progress across Finance improvement initiatives. Monitor adoption, workload reduction and recurring pain points, using the lessons learned to support the broader Finance transformation roadmap. What you bring A master’s degree in Finance, Business, IT or an equivalent field. Between 5 and 10 years of experience in Finance or IT roles, with demonstrated experience in process improvement, ERP extensions and automation. Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand workload drivers, question non-value-adding activities and turn findings into clear actions. A good understanding of Finance processes, such as Billing and Collections, dispute management, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, treasury, procurement or operational Finance support. Experience with ERP environments, Finance tools, workflow solutions, Power Platform, Power Automate, robotic process automation or reporting tools. The ability to assess improvement opportunities pragmatically and distinguish between what should be removed, simplified, automated with existing tools or considered for a more advanced solution. Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to bring together Finance, IT, Global AI, consultants, governance teams and senior stakeholders. A practical approach to change, with the ability to support adoption, coach Finance ambassadors and turn improvement initiatives into visible operational impact. Fluency in English.
