Finance Program Manager

Meta's Finance team is undergoing a significant transformation to define and execute our 2030 aspirations. The Modern Finance team is a key enabler of this vision, acting as a catalyst for innovation, productivity, and enhanced employee experiences. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to execute strategic Finance Projects and Programs on our 2030 integrated roadmap. As a Modern Finance Program Manager, you will be part of a designated Modern Finance Cluster, led by a Cluster lead. You will primarily focus on end-to-end execution of assigned project(s), which may be standalone or part of a wider program of initiatives. You will be responsible for the high-quality delivery of all project goals, collaborating with large stakeholder groups, leading change management activities required for the successful achievement of project objectives and leveraging technology to execute effectively and efficiently. Projects may include collaboration with cross-functional partners, including engineering and operations.
