At Intralot Adriatic, we are looking for a hands-on Finance & Reporting Coordinator to support our local business in day-to-day finance operations, reporting, budgeting, and coordination with external accounting and Group finance teams.
We are part of Bally’s Intralot Group, an international company operating in the gaming and lottery technology industry. Due to the regulated nature of the business, the role requires a high level of accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail in financial operations and reporting.
This is a standalone local finance role in an international environment. The position is operational and execution-focused, suited for someone who enjoys working independently, keeping processes organized, and ensuring accuracy across recurring financial and reporting cycles.
External accounting support is in place for bookkeeping, statutory accounting, and tax filings.
Job responsibilities
Financial Operations
Coordinate incoming and outgoing invoices and related documentation
Prepare payment proposals and support payment execution processes
Maintain accurate invoice and payment tracking records
Manage purchase orders and monitor expenditure
Maintain cash flow tracking and planning
Coordinate with banks, FINA, tax authorities, vendors, and external partners
Ensure timely cooperation with external accounting on monthly closing activities
Maintain fixed asset tracking and related documentation
Reporting & Controlling
Prepare and own recurring monthly reports for local management and Group finance teams
Monitor budget and prepare expenditure analyses
Lead forecasting and annual budgeting processes
Prepare reporting templates and financial data for Group reporting cycles
Coordinate statutory, external, and internal audit processes by preparing required documentation
Handle preparation of recurring operational and sales-related reports
Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed
What we’re looking for
4+ years of experience in finance, controlling, or financial operations
Experience in a hands-on finance role with clear operational ownership
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with reporting files and reconciliations
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow tracking
Experience cooperating directly with auditors
Ability to work independently and manage recurring deadlines
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Fluent English
It’s a plus if you have
Experience working with external accounting providers
Experience in international or Group reporting environments
Experience with ERP or reporting systems
Knowledge of Croatian invoicing and finance processes
Experience with eRačun / FINA invoice processing
