Finance & Sales Ops Mgr, S$15K, 6-month, CBD
Job Summary:
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Business Process Improvement within a multinational B2B environment. The successful candidate will act as a business partner to regional commercial teams, driving operational excellence, SAP transformation initiatives, and cross-functional process improvements across the sales cycle.
Job Scope:
- Drive improvements across the end-to-end sales operations process
- Support APAC business transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, including UAT testing, process validation, user support, and hypercare activities.
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders across Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and Demand Planning teams.
- Monitor commercial performance dashboards and provide actionable business insights through Power BI and SAP reporting.
- Lead implementation and change management projects to improve operational efficiency and business processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Process Excellence, or related functions.
- Understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) and commercial operations processes.
- Hands-on experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, UAT testing, or hypercare support.
- Experience working in a multinational B2B product-based environment.
- Stakeholder management skills with exposure to regional and global teams.
- User-level proficiency in Power BI for reporting and dashboard analysis.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is mandatory.
Additional Information:
- Salary – Up to S$15K per month
- Contract duration: 6-month contract
- Commencement Date: Immediate
- Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Location: CBD, Raffles
