Finance Specialist / Financial Controller
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Finance Specialist to join our Finance team and work closely with the Head of Finance.
The role combines financial control, management reporting, FP&A and day-to-day finance operations. We are looking for someone who understands accounting, is strong in Excel and can independently manage practical finance tasks — from analysing financial results to preparing payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse monthly management reports and financial results.
- Review Trial Balances, P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
- Perform reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
- Prepare and monitor key financial and business KPIs.
- Assist with Group consolidation and month-end closing.
- Prepare and coordinate supplier, salary and other payments.
- Manage payment schedules and bank transactions.
- Monitor cash balances and short-term cash flow.
- Work with accountants and external service providers.
- Improve and automate finance processes and reporting.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Finance, Financial Controlling, FP&A or a similar role.
- Good understanding of accounting and financial statements.
- Ability to work with Trial Balances and reconciliations.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Experience with management reporting and financial analysis.
- Experience with payments and banking operations.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Good English.

- IFRS knowledge.
- Consolidation experience.
- Power Query / Power BI.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Ukrainian Language
