Finance & Strategy Senior Analyst
You will support venture fund initiatives by building and refining financial models, analyzing portfolio performance, and producing regular planning and reporting. You will deliver data-driven insights to inform capital allocation, contribute to budgeting and M&A modeling, and improve financial processes through standardization, automation, and AI-driven workflow improvements.
Responsibilities
- Build and refine fund models that incorporate management fees committed capital and investment performance across portfolios
- Analyze return drivers and portfolio performance to support investment evaluation and capital allocation decisions
- Support monthly quarterly and annual reporting by tracking metrics such as assets under management net asset value and portfolio returns
- Contribute to fiscal planning and budgeting processes by aligning cost center spend with broader financial goals
- Conduct financial analyses across business areas and support activities such as mergers and acquisitions through modeling and performance tracking
- Improve financial processes through standardization automation and AI-driven workflow improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics Mathematics Computer Science or a related field
- 4–5+ years of experience in finance investing or investment banking including experience supporting planning and forecasting
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and connect it to business outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and complete projects in a structured timely manner
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting data and recommendations to partners at different levels
