Finance Systems Manager - NetSuite (m/f/d)
Join Quantum-Systems at a pivotal stage of international growth. As Senior Oracle NetSuite Finance Consultant, you will play a key role in building a scalable global finance system landscape, driving ERP optimization, process standardization, automation and group-wide financial excellence.
You will own Finance workstreams within NetSuite projects, partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT teams, and ensure that business requirements are translated into scalable system solutions. This role complements the global NetSuite team and serves as a senior Finance-focused counterpart to the NetSuite Team Lead based in Germany.
What is your Day to Day Mission:
Serve as the go-to expert for Finance and Accounting topics within NetSuite.
Support and optimize NetSuite processes for the Romanian entity, with a particular focus on the growing manufacturing organization.
Lead Finance workstreams in global NetSuite implementation, enhancement, and transformation projects.
Translate Finance and business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions.
Own Finance-related solution design, testing, documentation, training, and rollout activities.
Drive continuous improvements across Finance, Accounting, Manufacturing, and Costing processes.
Design and maintain reports, dashboards, Saved Searches, and SuiteAnalytics solutions.
Provide expert support to Finance, Accounting, and business stakeholders worldwide.
Collaborate closely with the global ERP team to shape the future NetSuite roadmap.
What you bring to the team:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Several years of experience working with Oracle NetSuite in a Finance-focused role.
Strong expertise across multiple Finance and Accounting domains, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting.
Experience in several of the following areas:
Inventory Valuation
Production Accounting
Cost Accounting
Standard Costing
Manufacturing environments
Understanding of how manufacturing processes impact Finance and Accounting.
Proven experience delivering NetSuite projects from requirements gathering through rollout.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and drive initiatives across multiple departments and countries.
Experience with SuiteScript, workflows, or NetSuite customizations is a strong advantage.
Professional Finance or Accounting background (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA, Controlling, Accounting, Audit) is highly desirable.
Fluency in English.
